If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging. The item including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on contact. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
If you wish to exchange your purchase as it is unsuitable please contact us and we will try to accommodate you
You must notify us of any product that you deem to be defective or not of satisfactory quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
Once the payment for your goods has been cleared we will then dispatch your goods for delivery. If the goods happen to be out of stock we will advise you and issue a refund right away. Click and Collect at our shop is free, shipping is €4.95.

All transactions which take place on our website are processed securely through Stripe. All your payment details are held on Stripe secure servers and so we have no access to any of your card or payment details. We may contact your bank if we suspect the transaction is fraudulent in anyway, this may cause a delay in processing and dispatching but is in the best interest of the customer.
Information which is held at Frank & Polly Kids Boutique is the name of customer, address to delivery, email and telephone to get in contact. Frank & Polly Kids will not release any of the customers information to third parties unless it is given that we are providing you with a service such as your address so that the item can be delivered to your address.
